Happy October, Babes!
Movement should make us feel ALIVE! Let’s find joyful moments in the movement we’re doing this month. Keep it simple; 2-3 strength sessions per week, outdoor walks with your bestie (and solo walks, too!), and round out the week with some stretching or a yoga class.
