Welcome to June,

This is chapter 6/12, and welcome to this halfway point of 2023. I know I can hardly believe it either! 

During this month we are going to pause and reflect on how far you have some in the last 5 months of 2023. To pause and see how much you have grown, and elevated your life in the last 5 months. To realize how kick ass you really are! 

As we transition into the second half of 2023 and into this new summer season, I encourage you t set up time for yourself each day, to schedule time into your day for you. Most of us as the summer hits we loose our schedules, lets try to maintain the time for us as the season changes. 

During this month I encourage you to get outside each and every day, for 30 minutes at least, taking time to move your body outdoors and get some fresh air!

Claim time for yourself each time, utilize this months calendar to fill in and prioritize yourself this month!
