Use the Wellness web calendar to set aside 20 minutes for yourself each day. For me, it’s between 7-8:30 am, while the kids sleep or watch cartoons. This gives me the chance to enjoy making memories for the rest of the day. Your workouts may not always be perfect or free of distractions, but what matters is showing up. Lead by example and show your little ones that exercising is a way of life, helping them develop healthy habits πŸ’–. Keep dedicating time to yourself, guilt-free.

Include outdoor activities during family time for those extra steps. Make it a fun, active experience with the kids cycling while you walk or jog alongside.
