Utilizing the Wellness web calendar to carve out 20 minutes for you each day. For me, it’s between 7-8:30 am, while the kids sleep or watch cartoons, giving me the chance to enjoy making memories the rest of the day. Your workout sessions may not always be perfect or distraction-free, but what matters is showing up. Lead by example, demonstrating to your little ones that exercising is a way of life and help them cultivate healthy habits 💖. Continue dedicating time for yourself, guilt-free.
Incorporate the outdoors during family time for those extra steps and turn it into a fun, active experience with kids cycling and you walking or jogging alongside.
