Babe, it’s February and time to love yourself HARD!
January was a wild ride, so most of us feel as if we’re starting our New Year now. It’s your month to totally own it, take charge, and reflect on what you’d like to receive over the next 28 days. It’s time to feel alive, breathe deep, and love yourself hard.
Print your calendar, schedule in your workouts, and connect to the movement practices that lift you higher! Every Sunday I want you to take some space to choose: 1 low body, 1 core, and 1 upper body session to rock during the week. Write them down on your calendar to hold yourself accountable and commit to getting 15 minute walks in to breathe in the fresh, crisp winter air. If you need extra inspiration or advice on workouts to rock, feel free to write in our FB Community for extra support!
