Happy August Beautiful Babes!
I hope this summer has been magical so far, with a beautiful balance of special and fun memories. Whether it’s cottage times, ice cream, travelling, or enjoying the beautiful weather, I hope it feels so good. Create space to move your body, even if it’s 15-minutes a day! I’ve launched more 15-20 minute sessions this month, and keep in mind that every single minute you put in, all counts. It’s all part of your wellness journey, that will be ever-evolving. Be kind to yourself and have fun!
For August, I encourage you to write down how many strength sessions you want to rock. Choose an outdoor activity to enjoy all August long, too! Whether it’s walking, stairs, running, biking, or swimming, I want to see you get your glow on. Tag me @alanalegerwellness, you inspire more people than you even realize!
I’m looking forward to some fun adventures ahead and I can’t wait to share them with you. I will be going out to BC for the first time in 10 years, my parents will be joining us and we’re going to be doing white water rafting, surfing, hikes, and I’m so excited to be present and soak up all of the fun!
By the time mid to end of September comes around, I will be launching a tiered membership to create a more personal touch with extra accountability. A few members have made us aware some of the videos are cutting off early, just wanted you ladies to know we’ve been working on this behind the scenes and on some beautiful upgrades. August will be smooth and we’re excited to continue to grow!
In the meantime, enjoy every moment of fun this month has to offer and continue to prioritize what makes you feel GOOD!
