In April, we strive to achieve balance by dedicating ourselves to a 30-day outdoor movement goal. This commitment isn’t just about physical activity; it’s a conscious effort to nurture our mental wellness. By spending at least 30 minutes outdoors every day, to help build a deeper connection to both mind and body.
